Hi all,I just came across this forum & have been reading - Wow!! I didn't know that word-play could be so powerful! I'm amazed to see hidden meanings being unearthed. I want to learn more... What are the rules for doing these? Can you use the same letter twice or more times, if you need? I'm trying to come up with lexigrams for the following group of letters (28 in all); I'd appreciate any help i can get!!: AAAAA B C D EE G II M NN O RRRR SS T U YYY Thanks! Sunshine IP: Logged |

WOW... just realized that that last post was my 100th one!! Ok, i thought i'd give it a shot first. The lexigram is for a combination of letters from two names, for a relationship, really. Please do let me know if i'm doing this wrong! I'm going to start with all those words beginning with vowels, and a few beg. with consonants that might help mesh words together. ACE ACED AGE AID AIM AND ARE ART ARTSY AS AT BADE BAG BARE BATE BEAR BEE BEGIN BEG BENT BEST BIDE BIG BITS BOAST BODE BOSS BREATH BUD BUNS BUST BUT BUTS BUY EAR EDGE EMIT END EYE EYED EYES ESS IDEA IN IS IT MAD MADE MAN MANE MARS MATE MATES ME MEANS MEANT MINE MOON MORE MOTS MUST MY OAR ODE OMEN ONE ORE SAD SAGE SAME SANE SEED SEEM SEEN SEER SIDE SIR SIRE SOAR SOME SONG SUN SURE STAR STARRY STIRS TAB TAD TAG TAME TAN TANG TEA TEAM TEASE TIE TIER TIES TIME TIN TINE TOAST TOME TON TONE UNDER UNDERSTAND - I'm getting a bit lost here. Perhaps I'll just try doing phrases now... MINE AND YOURS UNDERSTANDS ME MARRIAGE BATED BREATH BE MINE MEANT TO BE STARRY-EYED ROMANCE... Ugh... it's becoming very obvious to me that i lack the objectivity to do this myself. So, i would really appreciate whatever you guys can help me out with. Thanks in advance! Sunshine IP: Logged |

Hiya fayte & Bluemoon, thank you both for responding! Wow, Bluemoon; that is SO neat; thank you for that! Though our sun signs are capricorn & pisces, what's pretty nifty is, a friend of mine just did a horary chart for me a couple weeks ago, and it had a Taurus Sun!! Quite a few of those really struck a chord for me: THEY BEGIN A ROMANCE - sure did! TIME TIES A MAN TO A JOB YOUR BOSS BOAST - we both shared a boastful psycho boss AN IDEA MADE BIG THE UNDER TONE MEANS ROMANCE - always had that! TRY TO IGNORE THE IRONY “MY OMEN IS MEANT TO BE” - i always looked for signs that we were meant to be, and i've been getting several of those lately! Any more lexis?? Sunshine IP: Logged |

Looks good to me Sunshine As long as you don't add letters that's cool. Sometimes a word is suggested for example; With LOVE you get EVOL(VE) That's using an extra V & E, but sometimes that's how it's channeled to make sense to you. If you're writing it, as long as it's clear the letters weren't there and if it means something to you - than I think it's cool. I haven't noticed a rule with that, as such. Obviously adding random letters to most words to make a phrase fit wouldn't work You guys are doing a fantastic job, Bluemoon how cool that what you spiralled related to Sunshine. I love it when that happens Hey Fate! haven't seen you in ages. Cheers for the link ------------------ "The best of love, peace of mind and happiness I wish for you." Jimi Hendrix IP: Logged |

I find it very difficult to objectively lexigram my name or people that I am close to... But I have heard others here say that they find it easier to lexi people they know... Wonder what that's about. I just kind of get blocked. I really enjoy doing them for something I have no clue about. sunshine, I will give yours a try... IP: Logged |

AN ODE TO YOUR BODY? A SONG. A STORY. BORDERING ART. A SEER. SMART.START ON YOUR ROAD IT'S BREAD TO YOUR BODY- INSIDE AND OUT. GET YOUR GEAR AND GO. DEEM IT SO TODAY, BECAUSE TIME TICS. STRESS? YES. SO? IT'S GOD'S TEST. RIDE IT OUT. YOU ARE READY. SO GO. YES, GO. SUCCESS YOU GET. BRING GUTS AND AMBITION. YOU ARE A STAR. MAYBE MORE. (YOU AND...) COME TO YOUR SENSES ABOUT SOMEONE. SEE IT RITE- SURRENDER. A RED ROSE IN YOUR EYES. TIME IS ON YOUR SIDE. GRACE IS ON YOUR SIDE. SO MANY CREDITS YOU GAIN. BUSY, YET STEADY. NO GREED. STEADY BEAM. RING TRU TO YOU. BE THE STAR YOU ARE. SET IN MOTION TODAY. TIME IS ON YOUR SIDE. GOD GUIDES YOU, DEAR.

Hiya girls,Thank you all for writing in! I'm excited that i'm able to get a few lexis, though i can't do meaningful phrases as yet, and like crystelle, I too find it hard to do my own objectively. I'd worry that i'm just finding the good ones & deluding myself. crystelle: WOW... thank you SO much for that; you really are a sweetie to do that for me!! Quite a few of the ones you had really moved me, esp. as i'm going thru a rough patch, being away from the one I love. As it happened (serendipity), last night, i was debating writing him, and i got a few signs to go ahead and do that, and the lexis you came up with were right up there. "COME TO YOUR SENSES ABOUT SOMEONE", "SUCCESS YOU GET", "BRING GUTS AND AMBITION" (and BOY do i need guts for the path i'm choosing to follow!), "TIME/GRACE IS ON YOUR SIDE", "RING TRUE TO YOU", and most of all, "GOD GUIDES YOU, DEAR". Thank you, THANK YOU!!! With love, Sunshine IP: Logged |

I am so glad that you like that lexigram sunshine ! When I got finished reading Star Signs a few years ago, I was really into lexigrams, and I did a few on the board. For whatever reason, I took a break from it and the other day I was lead back. Glad I was!I am attempting to gain more confidence in the area of intuition. I felt that I was chanelling that lexi more so than I have felt in the past. It feels good to have that confirmed. Bluemoon, I actually got your letters from another post and started working on it! How interesting that it would work out that way. I have done some on it, but I will need a little bit. that is so cool. (makes me happy!) IP: Logged |
