U=cannot be the word YOU letter wise.
R=cannot be the word ARE letter wise.

To be letter wise correct it would have to be;
GYAY.
That is of course nonsense.
Many letters can be phonetically used to sound like actual words but are not.
Fun yes;
but NOT for creating actual acronyms.
Examples are:

K=KAY(or a slang form of OKAY or OK)
