when the Vagus nerve is compromised,
one can die, because the heart and gut, and lungs,
you name it;
can fail because the "electrical" connections betwixt them and brain is not working right.
So was also told before by a few doctors;
when I am nauseated, and get a dry heaves fit,(near every day)
go for it.
Seems I am literally re-setting or restarting my heart.
Yes,
self CPR.
It is not a joke.
And yeah I am still not doing well,
but this gives me some ideas and maybe something can be done to keep my Vagus nerve from being as compromised.
Having a diagnosis of sorts sure is better than,
"gee we do not know"

Thank you for caring and please forgive my rambling. 
I am just so damn happy to have some kind of diagnosis that finally makes sense!

The human body is quite complex. A lot can go wrong, and it can do some weird things. I've known several people with strange symptomology, but once they pin down the diagnosis, it then begins to heal.  ------------------

Yes!
Now that I have a focus,
I can heal!

One must be sure of focus and the repercussions for good and yes,
possibility of bad.
Example:
My carotids were too clogged.
I envisioned them clearing out.
Oh my did they!
Great!
However a piece of the arterial calcification traveled to my eye and semi blinded me for awhile,
and left some permanent damage,
and nearly killed me.
So one must be very careful even with self healing.
