I never knew the phrase Jim repeats in the song is an anagram for his name...MR MOJO RISIN - JIM MORRISON I feel like he WAS really enlightened... I'm so infatuated by him. I wish he was here. I wish I could meet him. I wish I could delve into his mind and soul. Some of his quotes are magnificent. His perceptions. I want him badly. IP: Logged |

Ah yes; the famous Anagram of his name; well part of it anyhow; and not his full formal name; James Douglas Morrison; but his nickname and last name: Jim Morrison/Mr. Mojo Risin. Fine for an Anagram but it is not a perfect Anagram nor a perfect Lexigram. It is loosely OK for an Anagram because the goal is to use every letter from the name only once. The use of Mr.=Mister because there is no letter "T" in his name, is strictly speaking not correct. Risin is also incorrect to use in lieu of Rising because it is an incorrect spelling of rising. Also there is no "G" for the correct spelling "rising" on just the name; "Jim" Morrison. However one can get a perfect Lexigram from his full name: James Douglas "Jim" Morrison Lexigrams to: DOORS' MAIN SING SONG MAN A REAL MOJO MAN RISING. JIM ROSE IN SONG AND SO SAD, IN MIND, DIES ALONE. NO MORE MOJO MAN RISING I loved the Doors. Their songs really moved me. Ones like; ""Light My Fire" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_My_Fire and "Break On Through (To the Other Side)" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Break_On_Through_%28To_the_Other_Side%29 and "People Are Strange" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_Are_Strange Ranging from Genres of Psychedelic rock and progressive rock; to jazz fusion, protopunk; A wide range of people of many ages could relate to their sounds. I was 12 1/2 when the Doors rose to fame and 16 1/2 years old when Jim died. As a teenager I was devastated of course. His music literally grew on me as I grew. It permeated my teenage mind and soul. He was the last of the Beatnick style "talking" singers. Only 11 years older than me when he died at age 27; I felt I had in a way lost a big brother; a kindred soul. quote: James Douglas "Jim" Morrison (December 8, 1943 – July 3, 1971) was an American singer-songwriter and poet, best remembered as the lead singer of Los Angeles rock band The Doors. Following The Doors' explosive rise to fame in 1967, Morrison developed an alcohol dependency which led to his death at the age of 27 in Paris. He is alleged to have died of a heroin overdose, but as no autopsy was performed, the exact cause of his death is still disputed, as well as rumors floating of him faking his own death to escape the pressures of fame. Morrison was well known for often improvising spoken word poetry passages while the band played live. Due to his wild personality and performances, he is regarded by critics and fans as one of the most iconic, charismatic and pioneering frontmen in rock music history. Morrison was ranked number 47 on Rolling Stone's list of the "100 Greatest Singers of All Time", and number 22 on Classic Rock Magazine's "50 Greatest Singers In Rock".

It was a time of radical changes for sure, socially and technological. No, I do not feel he faked his death. The only celebrity I think might have faked his own death is Andy Kaufman.

Go ahead and give me your FULL BIRTH NAME here; and whatever FULL name you normally use if different from your FULL birth name. If you want to scramble it for privacy just make sure you do not miss any letters. I prefer seeing the real name not a scramble and then delete it after I see it to protect privacy. Anagramming and Lexigramming are extremely time intensive to do. I will look your name over and give you something though. Have you ever Anagrammed or Lexigrammed your own name? Do you want to learn how? I do not mind helping folks to create their own Lexigrams and Anagrams. Sadly most do not want to learn to create their own.

Very tired emotionally and physically today, both of us. He did take a short walk but is depressed at his lack of stamina and he has a nasty head cold to boot so his disabling headaches are not responding to the headache/seizure meds well.

virgolotus; I have not forgotten about you. Still have to type up things. I do much of my Lexigramming via pen and paper and or recording, so must type it up for posting. Have not been up to transcribing hand done to typed. Thank you for your patience. PS. Do you read and speak in any other languages aside from English? Lexigramming can be done in any language.

Thank you. I will give you words found within your name in Spanish and English if you like. I do not know Spanish but can do letter accurate for words. You would have to add any symbols or whatever punctuation/accent marks though. I would begin with your full birth name and then your chosen full name. I have several Anagrams so far, but most are not great. Anagramming is often harder than Lexigramming due to the tight rules.IP: Logged |
