Omg yes! like 6 bottles of Calamine, 3 of Caladryl, A pound of Pinxsav, Witch hazel, Bag Balm, Udder cream, 30 bottles/tubes/sprays...... lots of eye washes etc. for the Conjunctivitis; And the list goes on. The complications make it be way worse than just Chicken Pox. Get this; I might have gotten Measles and Chicken Pox together. Then a damn UTI, Then Angioedma, Allergies going mad, Blisters inside and outside my body; Finally seem to be healing but it's going to take awhile. As things heal, and peel, I am left with very fragile red skin. I look like I got a bad sunburn from head to toe with bad poison ivy. Psoriasis and Eczema decided to go wild too. My hands are finally healing so I can type without them cracking and bleeding. Sigh......... I will get through this. quote: Originally posted by jellyfishtry: Feel better soon!! hope this is the last stages of that nasty sickness, and you'll be feeling good by next week!!
Thank you jellyfishtry. Oh I wish, but no, it will be several weeks, but hopefully much better soon.IP: Logged |

Oh I would do that, but without a bathtub I do not want to be slimed in oatmeal.

talking about rubbing alcohol i remembered something that helped big time, but cause a little stingness for the first few seconds, was putting rubbing alcohol on a wash clothes and scrubbing the areas of the bites with it (i got the rash from insect bites) at first it stung...but then it calmed down the annoying itch for a few hours....don't know how safe it is to try this though when you have pox.IP: Logged |

Turpentine and WD40 work on blistering cracked peeling feet. Recovering from Pox; think I may have had both it and Measles. And then with the Eczema and Psoriasis acting up; my immune system is a wreck, my toenails are disintegrating to boot. Blisters in mouth no fun, and elsewhere. I will get through this.IP: Logged |

I only tried WD40; it helped remove greasy ointments from feet. I then washed feet. I did not leave the WD40 on. Turpentine works better; and baby oil. As to any starch based powders, corn, rice, etc; not a good idea being I am diabetic. Starch based powders make fungal/bacterial infections thrive or start up. Well anyhow; seem to be on the mend even though still feel crappy; mostly it is the complications I am fighting now, more than the Chicken Pox/Measles.IP: Logged |

Graphite is better for locks. But WD40 is great for loosening screws and nuts/bolts; and for spraying on underside of lawnmower.

Yes you can use that. Just Google "graphite for locks" and get links to graphite powder and how to get it out of pencils too. IP: Logged |

I have a graphite tattoo. I accidently poked myself with a pencil as a kid. It's harmless, but yeah, it's a little tattoo.IP: Logged |
