i am a singer/songwriter who has a stage name and i intend on legally making it my name in the near future. i've done the anagram site that gives you all the words contained in the letters of your name, for both my given name and my stage name. even though i'm pretty new to the idea of lexigramming i was able to come up with some phrases and sentences pretty quickly for both names. i much prefer the results of my stage name, both in terms of the words contained within it as well as its lexigrams. my question is, did my life start being affected by the stage name the moment i started using it? or will it only work once i legally make it my name? Once you started using it the name had/has valid meaning for you Lexigram wise.. Legality is not required for meaning when Lexigramming a name. However; making it legally your name could give you more of a feeling of it really being your name. EDIT TO ADD: Oh by the way; the Anagram generators do not give all the words in any name. Many esoteric or spiritual words are missing. Also most generators have many "garbage words" that are not legitimate for use when Lexigramming, such as slang, abbreviations, most acronyms, and even mispelled or made up words. One must vet such lists very carefully before using them in Lexigrams.IP: Logged |

Well when Lexigramming the "garbage words include most abbreviations and acronyms; hence for example; the word "mic", strictly speaking, cannot be used when Lexigramming unless one is able to actually spell out the entire word "microphone" instead of the abbreviation "mic". quote: Originally posted by Randall: Is this on? *taps mic*

Yes, not usable for Lexigramming. When Anagramming however, due to the extreme limits of Anagramming, one may use the "garbage words"; such as Acronyms, abbreviations, slang and so forth.IP: Logged |

Me too. Anagrams are a lot harder to do than Lexigramming.
