I will return after I quit vomiting. This is my regular world; OK one minute; sick and in agony the next literally. Add to my Lexagramming partner and spouse also being ill too on top of being physically disabled; and getting anything done is very difficult too often Must go down again, Morphine etc time and then hoping that I will get another window of functionality today. Again my sincerest apologies for having to take time outs without warning. Very frustrating and depressing to be bodily incapacitated so often to say the least. IP: Logged |

NOT going to wait until next Christmas to post the Lexagram! So expect it here in installments as soon as we check each stave over. Looks like no matter the seasons; must just start posting seasonal Lexagrams as we finish each one.Must stop hoping for my disabled body to behave and just post as I am able. Been so damn ill again. Ugh. Bedbound since Christmas eve. Ugh. Apologies for letting you all down yet again. IP: Logged |

Trying to repair and set up an old laptop to try and use whilst in bed; so I can try and post from bed when too sick to sit up; assuming my vision will allow it and my hands do not go numb. We will see. IP: Logged |

mirage29 Thank you for being patient and understanding. Yeah sick too often vomiting; damn Vagus nerve etc. damage from at least 3 different causes stacked Ugh. No cure; stared getting bad 2 years ago this coming February. Lost some 60 pounds; nice; but definitely not an approved weight loss cause.Yes I intend to post the Merry Christmas Lexagram as we get each stave polished and checked for errors. I do not have the fitness luxury of posting when I should; so will post no matter the time of year for seasonal Lexagrams. IP: Logged |

Lexxi!! 'Patience and understanding'????? Wow. YOU are doing this as a Service for US!!! Thank you soooooooooo much.Voting to have CHRISTMAS Last for ALL 2020 Year LONG. (music) The Secret of Christmas (Bing Crosby) [3:04] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DGzuUS4igo BTW.. coincidence. I 'happened' upon a youtube yesterday where this doctor was describing neurologically-based cures for vagus-nerve problems. He showed documented images of brain changes using neuro-based medicine (not pharma). Bottom line?.. was to get the client/patient's GAG-reflex stimulated, and exercised each day. Said that 'gagging' in the back of the throat and everything involved there, would help the Vagus Nerve. Can't remember all the ways he used to induce it, except for using a wooden tongue-depressor far enough in the back of the tongue/throat to cause the start of feeling like you're gonna yack. {I clicked it off at that point. But, it's an interesting coincidence that I see you mentioning the Vagus Nerve today.} You might want to search through some youtubes? I HATE throwing up!!!! blehkk... LOL. I do everything to avoid it as LONG as possible. Get my share of nausea with migraines sometimes. Take Good Care. {{ }} IP: Logged |

mirage29 ! Thank you for making me smile! Anyhow........ Well my Vagus nerve situation is more complicated. My neck and torso go numb; and at times cannot feel breathing let alone my throat. So there is no gag reflex so it cannot be stimulated. Also the nerve damage means the stomach does not empty after eating all the time as it should; hence explosive non gagging but strangely agonizing spasmodic explosive projectile vomiting. Digestion is stopped too; which is no fun. That means meds can get backed up in stomach; and overdoses can occur from undigested meds buildup. Ugh. Hence more need to vomit. Hyatal hernia and several other issues; like severe abdominal swells (up from HAE; up to 22 inches bigger abdomen in minutes. OK....lots more but enough of grossness for now. I just have to deal with it as best as possible. However yes I will research it again and see if any new treatments are pending. I know a few types of surgery could help but I am not a good candidate for any kind of surgery due to several stacking conditions that would severely complicate things. Sigh. Oh well; one moment at a time. Have a lovely day mirage29! I will probably begin a new thread for the big Lexagram and let this thread just go a rambling wherever. ------------------ Click here to read My Lexigramming Biography: over 1/2 a century to date ♥ Lexigramming ♥ }><}}('>

A very difficult project to say the least! IP: Logged |
