I have red roses, red geraniums, magnolias, jasmine, trees and others in my garden. There is nothing like the pure beauty, the hidden power among the glossy leaves, the longing for full sun of... a gardenia. ″True Love″ gardenia... Its fragrance is intoxicating...Once you smell it, you never forget it. IP: Logged |

″Medea″ has covered everything with snow. I don't know which flowers will survive after that. Two pine trees in the garden fell due to the heavy snow. Thankfully the fire brigade came and cut them. IP: Logged |

If you’ve got time on your hands, here’s a demonstration on making baskets out of pine needles (works better with long ones, of course). http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YfWoYF2Kfg8&feature=youtu.be

I watched the whole video, even though the pine trees and their branches were taken away today by the local officials as they were blocking the street, so as to thank you for giving me such a wonderful idea. Thank you dear Chanterelle!IP: Logged |

Funny enough, I saw your post right after getting an email from a friend offering needles from fallen branches in her yard. I’ve got so many works in progress already, though, I declined. I definitely plan on trying it at some point, though.IP: Logged |

Many times I have found myself amidst many coincidences in this place. Some times I speak, other times I keep silent...IP: Logged |

Jonquils and daffodils are both types of narcissus. The main difference is that jonquils have round-tipped leaves and clusters of small flowers instead of one big one on each stem. IP: Logged |
