"To meditate just means to clear your mind...a visualization is a concentrated effort of the imagination to bring Energies in from a higher dimension after you have cleared you mind of polarizing thought patterns."Yes ORBM I think you have explained it well... sorry for the delay in replying. For some people I think negativity is extemely difficult to deny or repel. I personally have much clearing to do, so meditation is a must. IP: Logged |

Clearing that head chatter isn't easy to do.------------------ "All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. The only distinction is that, with some people, suicide is a subconscious choice, and with others it's a conscious choice. Otherwise, those who commit suicide and those who succumb to accident, illness or "old age," die for exactly the same reason: belief in the inevitability of death." Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

It really isn't Randall...and when you first try it, it can be a little intense. When you quieten down and hear the thoughts in your head...(and you really do hear them!) they all seem to come at once and magnified. It takes some adjustment. That's why affirmative meditation is probably easiest to start with as you can focus on the affirmations and allow everything else to fade. Anywho I think I have done a complete 180 on this thread...

I do believe quietting down the chatter is the key to manifesting the big miracles.------------------ "All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. Have you ever heard people say 360 when they mean 180? Jennifer Lopez even said it on American Idol this season.------------------ "All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. Quinn your Energy feels better already after re-reading your words I could see your Aura is much brighter? Use the color Violet to flush your Chakras whenever you feel fear. You will be surprised at the effect it has on you physically. Hows the mediation going...? IP: Logged |
