Awww...you must have been so sad when the lawn was sprayed! I hope, if you haven't, one day you will start again. I just planted 2 middle size aloes. I will wait for a while before starting to consume them. IP: Logged |

I am, always, busy. I do charts, write articles, do yoga, take guitar and voice lessons and do things with my family. Thanks for asking. You?

I asked if you're still gardening Ami... But it's nice to know that you live pursuing your passion. Doing your dharma. I am studying acupuncture these days. Internship. Practising on myself. Sometimes I feel knots in my body untied afterwards. Back to gardening, I am trying to plant more basil in my garden. IP: Logged |

The needles used are very thin so generally it won't hurt - but a few parts of the bodies are more sensitive than the others. After the insertion, you may feel sensations on the acupoints. It could be numbness, electric shock-like feeling, soreness, hot or cold sensation.Where can you go for an acupuncture session in US? Does medical care cover this? IP: Logged |

I did it for a year. It does hurt, at times. Also, the needles go in weird places like above the belly button and on the head lol When I say "hurt", the needles are not deep and are super thin but could freak you out if you have any sort of a needle phobia. What are you going for, Randall, if you care to say? ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

YES, it can really help. Have you thought of deep tissue massage? This is one of the best and easiest ways, if you are open to it.

I am with Ami on this one. Any kind of massage would be much more of comfort to unwind. Also spa (the last couple of years nano spa is popular here). Even exposure to far infra red light.
